The location is nice and they have parking on street. The units are brand-new, romantic with antique furnishings, a huge "Jacuzzi " whirlpool bath, the master bedroom. I would book again, enjoyed coffee and pastries early in the morning.

The property was luxury with extremely polite staff from the friendly receptionist who spoke excellent English. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. Generally everything was perfect, even so the bathroom was tiny. The location was good and incredible, just a short walk away from Chocolate Museum of Modica.

Great place to stay for a trip to Modica. Wonderful and absolutely fantastic breakfast with a wide range of options, ideal and fairly clean place. Location not far from also the Michelin star restaurant. Incredibly welcoming, exceptional staff, from the desk clerk to the bellman.

Excellent base for 1 night in Modica, unique hotel. Good sized room. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. They have on-site restaurant called Locanda del Colonnello...
For us it was ideal.

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was satisfactory. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like La Locanda del Colonnello that was only 5 minutes' walk away. This hotel met what was needed! Good home base for trip in Modica.
